Police chases in movies are very spectacular, but in real life it is far less exciting. To avoid high-risk situations and improve arrest rate the StarChase technology has been invented.

The pneumatically-powered system must be installed on a police car. Then during a chase a police officer can shoot out the sticky GPS tracker onto a fleeing vehicle, using a laser to target it.

StarChase is not just a raw idea: it has been already successfully launched by many police departments across the USA, including HoustonMilwaukee, and Austin.
